Pricing for all mediations and arbitrations as well as Binding Mediation packages may be confidentially disclosed upon contact with MARS Mediation (“MARS”).

Special circumstances, based on need, type of service, and other factors may be considered and discussed.

There is a four (4) hour (1/2 day) minimum for Mediation and Binding Mediation. Arbitration is billed hourly with a two-hour minimum.

If being held at a location, limited snacks and beverages would be provided.

An extension (in time) to the mediation (prior to arbitration beginning) may be obtained by consent of all Parties.

If a full day is scheduled in advance, then lunch (one hour) will be provided. If a full day is chosen after an initial half-day reservation, arrangements will be made for a limited lunch to be brought in.

Travel time and related expenses are not charged for matters conducted in Los Angeles County. Minimum times are necessary in San Diego, Orange County and other in-person Hearing locations throughout the country. Mediations conducted in other cities and states may incur fees/costs for travel, unless conducted remotely. Conference room facilities or other appropriate neutral locations (such as a court reporter’s office, et al) are the responsibility of MARS, but certain actual costs may be charged in the case of out-of-town hearings.

All prices (hourly, package, etc.) are for BOTH Parties (not “each”), and are generally split evenly between the Parties (unless contractually arranged otherwise).

Payment of all costs and fees are payable prior to the beginning of the process.
